The EZIDOS AMS range of chemical dosing pumps are constant or proportional dosing pumps with level control for chemical feeding into water.
In Constant dosing mode pump doses a constant quantity regularly as configured by the user.
In Proportional dosing mode pump doses a quantity proportionally to an input signal, digital (voltage free contact) or current (mA).

Working modes available:
• constant
• constant with 1-10 pulses divider
• multiplier with 1-10 pulses divider
• divider with 1-10 pulses divider
• divider with 1-100 pulses divider
• divider with 1-1000 pulses divider
• mA current signal (0/4 mA = 0 pulses: 20mA = max pulses)

Flow rate is determined by the stroke length and by the stroke speed. The stroke length is adjustable from 0 to 100% using the stroke length adjustment knob. However dosing accuracy is guaranteed within an adjustment range from 30% to 100%.

EZIDOS AMS CO PLUS

AMS CO PLUS works in constant mode. The pump can be set to work in

EZIDOS AMS CL PLUS

The AMS CL PLUS works in constant mode and has got level control. The pump can be set to work in • constant • constant with 1-10 speed reducer.

AMSPLUS Range

The AMSPLUS Range are solenoid-driven metering pumps that are a perfect solution for high-dosage need.

They are foot mounted and equipped with microprocessor technology and manual stroke length adjustment. All liquid ends are in PVDF, but pump head and accessories in PP and hose in PE are available on request. The pump head is available with manual or self venting.

AMS PLUS, with constant/proportional dosing system, has level control, digital signal, current signal and the following working modes:
constant/constant with 1-10 divider,
1-10 pulses multiplier,
1-10 pulses divider,
10-100 pulses divider,
100-1000 pulses divider
and mA current signal (0/4 mA = 0 pulses: 20mA=max pulses).

In terms of delivery this range will deliver from 5 litres / hour at 25 bar up to 60 litres / hour at 2 bar. The self-venting models deliver around 20% less than the manual venting models as a result of the venting process.

EZIDOS AMSA Models

AMSA is the AMS version with self-venting pump head. A self-venting pump head must be used when using chemicals that produce gas (i.e. hydrogen peroxide, ammonium, sodium hypochlorite in particular conditions).
